Drop Off - 8:30am - 9:00am When you arrive with your child we ask that the parent remains outside the registration door as we are limiting the amount of people inside the facility. We are asking for parents to drop their children off no earlier than 8:30am and no later than 9:00am in the hope this limits the amount of people arriving at once. Pick Up - 4:00pm - 4:30pm Similar to signing in, we will have a 30 minute window where parents can pick their child up in the hope that the staggered times doesn’t create a queue.

We work closely alongside our venues to ensure they continue to be throughly cleaned and as safe as possible for everyone attending. Strict drop off and pick up times Limited number of people inside the facility Max group size of 12 children Groups split into different zones throughout the day Outside as much as possible Staggered break and lunchtimes Equipment cleaned regularly Non-contact play/activity/exercise Limited numbers in toilets Guidance confirms that it is not expected that primary aged children will be able to enforce a 2 metre distance; however, this will be encouraged so they are not having physical contact Frequent hand washing and sanitising, ensuring everyone uses gel before entering and exiting the facility. Maximum of 35 children per day attending camp Coaches will perform first aid if needed but will be in full PPE for the safety of both the child and coach.

As of 30th July 2020 sports clubs have been given the go ahead and we aim to run full weeks over the summer holidays. However, we will only go ahead if the government says it is safe to do so and even then, as we have outlined we will follow strict government guidelines. If you pay and the government cancel all summer holiday clubs and we are unable to run the clubs you will receive a full refund within 5 working days. If in the unfortunate event anybody attending the holiday club does show signs of coronavirus we will have to take the hard decision of closing the holiday club until that person is tested. If your child would have been set to attend the holiday club on those days we close you will receive a full refund for only the days we are not at holiday club. The above reasons are the only exceptions for a refund once your child’s place has been booked.
